Vice-president of YARSAV and former member of the Council of Statement Oktay Aydın was sentenced to 10 years in prison over the pretext of terrorism charges on 27 June 2019. Furthermore the court ruled for continuation of his detention. He’s been in solitary confinement in prison since July 2016.
