Abdünnasır Aslan, father of three, dismissed judge with a state of emergency decree, passed away on the morning of 7 October in Mardin due to complications from Covid-19.
He was sentenced to 7 years 6 months in prison over the pretext of terrorism and he had spent some 2 years in a prison. He was released on the condition of judicial control until the end of appeal process.
He was trying to livestock in his village. The diseases he contracted from the cold prison wards had greatly lowered his immunity.
He left this world at the age of 36 with disappointments.
