Dismissed and arrested Justice Şuayip Şen, member of Court of Cassation, was sentenced to 7 years 6 months in prison over the pretext of terrorism charges on 22 November 2018.
Furthermore, court ruled for continuation of his detention.
This is the first conviction against dismissed members of Court of Cassation.
