Plenary Penal Session of the Court of Cassation upheld the imprisonment sentences for former high judges Ali Kütük(11 years) and Mehmet ÇELİK (13 years) on 10 October 2019.
Ali Kütük was member of Court of Cassation and Mehmet Çelik was member of Council of State. They have been kept in solitary confinement since July 2016.
