Former judge and member of High Council of Judges and Prosecutors Şaban IŞIK sentenced to 10 years in prison over the pretext of terrorism charges on 5 December 2018
IŞIK denied all accusations and requested his release. However, special terror chamber of Court of Cassation sentenced him and ruled continuation of his detention during appeal process.
