Former judge and member of High Council of Judges and Prosecutors Nesibe Özer sentenced to 11 years 3 months in prison over the pretext of terrorism charges on 28 May 2019. Furthermore, court ruled for continuation of her detention. She has been kept in solitary confinement cell in prison since July 2016.
