Former Ankara Deputy Chief Prosecutor Mustafa Bilgili, judges Halil İbrahim Kütük and Nihat Uslu in charge of investigating “illegal counterinsurgency organisation within the military” were respectively sencented to 17, 12 and 14 years in prison over the accusation of “terorism and revealing state secrets” on 25 April 2019. Furthermore court ruled continuation of detention for Mustafa Bilgili and Halil İbrahim Kütük. Court ordered arrest warrant for Nihat Uslu since he has been at large after being released pending trial.
