Former member of Court of Cassation, judge Önder Aytaç has been in prison although he underwent a lung surgery

Former member of Court of Cassation, judge Önder Aytaç underwent a lung surgery. Despite his doctor’s report that he could not survive in prison cell and he needs good care to recover, the court, last week, decided to continue his detention.
