Prosecutors Yusuf Berk, Sinan Emirler and judge Muharrem Barut were respectively sentenced to 7 years 11 months, 7 years 6 months, 6 years 10 months in prison on 6 December 2018 over the pretext of terrorism charges in İzmir.
