Former judge Ahmet Toker was sentenced to 14 years 3 months in prison over the pretext of terrorism charges on 19 September 2019. Furthermore, court ruled for continuation of his detention. He has been kept in solitary confinement cell in prison since July 2016. He was in charge of Ergenekon/Balyoz (alleged anti-west deep state) case while he was member of Court of Cassation.
